Before you can advance any further within the Bowmen, you must first be both physically and mentally strong enough to do so.
Here you undergo strength and endurance training. This can include track running, circuit training, swimming, or anything else to improve your skills.
A short meditation class is also essential here, to help you to become clear of mind before continuing with your training.

//OOC: Should I simply role-play coming here? And what does it look like 'here'? For now I will make it up as I go I guess.//
Walking briskly forward, Kelandra glanced around the training area worriedly. It was empty thus far, and consisted of a simple dirt track, running in a circle through the circle of treeless land. It was accompanied by a man-made lake, rectangular in shape, 9 feet deep at the most. Beside the rest of the training area lied a small forest, near the front being a circle of tree stumps, most likely for meditating.
She shivered with excitement and fear. Her new, clean and crisp uniform fit perfectly, and was fairly comfortable, if a bit itchy. She held a shortbow in her left hand tightly, her knuckles almost white, aswell as her own weapon, a voulge, or a glaive, a simple weapon consisting of a wooden pole, a sword's blade attatched to the top. Stopping near the track, she set her weapons lightly aside. Seeing as no one had arrived as of yet, she sat down on the fresh green carpet of grass.
Staring into space for a few moments, she snapped back to reality, realizing that, most likely, it was up to her to ready herself for the training. She cracked her neck to the side, followed by her fingers. Ready to begin a series of simply stretches, she laid her long legs on the grass in front of her. She reached forward, feeling the usual twinge, and stretch of her lean muscles as she grabbed her toes, attempting to bring her nose to her knees.
She winced, reaching the limit of the stretch, and held it, before stopping. Kelandra completed a few more advanced stretches, before stopping, warmed up. Finished, Kelandra stood, emerald eyes surveying the area for a sign of any person arriving. "Great..." Kelandra muttered, "Please say I did come at the right time."
She scratched her head for a moment, then walked towards the track, deciding she might aswell start herself. She soon stood upon the bright white line, made of what seemed to her to be crushed white chalk, that marked the starting point. Taking a deep breath, she threw herself forward, starting her run.
Within moments her legs were pounding up and down, she marveled at the speed she was traveling, not the fastest, but still fairly speedy. A slight cloud of dry dust was kicked up by her large feet. Her momentum was being thrust around a sharper turn. Adapting, she changed her course diagonally, she soon faced a perfectly straight path ahead of her. The track seemed to stretch endlessly in front of her, almost flying, body. Her breath was quick, and shallow, Kelandra's lung's using the oxygen up quickly as she soared down the track. Rounding another turn, which she had cut quite too swiftly, she mentally cursed as her footing was slightly lost, causing her to slide on the smooth track.
Gaining her balance, she bent forward, limbs pumping to make up for the lost propulsion. As she rounded the last of the turns, now marginally used to the sharp turns, she glanced around once again. Still empty.
She crossed the line, slowing down as she ran off her steam in the ground. Bending over, hands on her knees, she panted, feeling light-headed at the lack of oxygen. Shaking it off, she thumped to the ground, her legs ached slightly. The track itself was long, very. A mile maybe. She thought for a few moments, calculating her approximate time. 4:30 to 5 minutes, Kelandra decided after hard pondering. Great, 5 minutes gone, now what to do? She thought to herself, though a grin plastered across her face as she lied back on the grass.
