Name: Born Princess Lucia, however when she lost her memory she lost all of her identity and even forgot her name. She calls herself Amber, as she wears a small amber pendant.
Age: 19
Sex: Female
Race: Human
Status: Royalty
Affiliation: To the Queen!
Appearance: Long tawny hair and soft brown eyes. She is pretty with a slightly tanned complexion after being captured by the White Lightening. She was of a medium build, but since being captured (and having little to eat) she has been stripped of any excess fat and her muscles (since she escaped and has been walking miles) have become much more toned giving her a thinner, more athletic figure.
She has long limbs, and a healthy complexion and skin tone.
Personality: Before being captured, being a princess and an only child, she was slightly spoiled and used to getting her own way. She is intelligent, sharp-witted and resourceful, almost to the point of cunning- although can become easily bored and this is why she would pay no attention in lessons. Since she has escaped, and has no recollection of her time at the palace, her spoiled side has toned down. She is an accomplished young woman, as any princess is expected to be, although the main reason she agreed to learn to sing, draw and play the piano etc. is because she is fiercely competitive with the other young ladies of the court. This is something she takes seriously and has caused dislike between her and most of the other women at court, she much prefers to spend her time alone, or with the courts young men (most of whom she has wrapped around her little finger) she enjoys meeting new people and exploring new places.
Strengths: Strong-willed, determined, and resourceful. A good rider and if she puts her mind to something, she can usually accomplish it to the best of her ability.
Weaknesses: Easily bored, too competitive and a little spoiled.
Magic: None, although she wishes she had.
Weaponary Skills: None.
Character History: Princess Lucia was bought up in Raenfir castle with the other nobles. Where she spent her time in lessons, in court or just roaming the palace and it’s grounds. She asked many questions about the running of the land, sure that one day she would make a good ruler as her parents.
One disastrous night she was stolen from the castle and, drugged heavily, taken back to the meeting place of the white lightening group. Whilst there, one of the mages wiped her memory- no doubt to use her as part of their plans. She has no recollection of the previous years of her life, and consequently has no idea she was a princess or indeed that her mother is frantically searching for her.
She remembers nothing before being lead back to her room where she was imprisioned after having her memory wiped. She managed to escape relatively unscathed and is now wandering the land unsure of where she is going, but knowing that the White Lightening Group are her enemy. She has taken up the name Amber, from a stone pendant she was wearing around her neck, and as she passes through the various towns, is trying to piece together where she is, and who she was.

The same evening Rose left the library, she wandered around the back of the castle to the orchard with the intention of watching the sunset. She had found the perfect place, as the orchard had an excellent view of the western skies. The fruit trees there were small, by tree standard, and Rose leapt up to a branch with ease. She leant back against the trunk and watched the sky, which had bathed the orchard in a soft orange light. As the sun sunk further into the horizon, the orchard turned pink then finally a brilliant red as the sun disappeared. For some reason, it seemed more impressive than when Rose had watched the sun set at home, but she couldn't think why.
Rose glanced lazily around the orchard, though she wasn't really expecting anyone else to be there. Without the sun, the orchard was getting cold now, but Rose was half asleep and hadn't noticed. One of her legs swung down from the tree as she fell asleep, her head tilted to one side. A slight breeze stirred Rose's hair, a bird called from the far end of the orchard and small insects began to hum in the grass. Rose didn't hear a thing.
Surprisingly, Rose slept almost the whole night through up the tree. She was in such a deep sleep, she barely moved all night, which was quite fortunate for her. Early that morning, just as the sun rose from behind her, Rose stirred. She was having a rather vivid dream in which her sister married the king and she was their slave, feeding her sister small fruits. She rolled over.
Rose awoke in the split second before she hit the ground. She landed square on her back with a thump. Opening her eyes slowly she lay dazed, wondering where she was. She looked up at the branch she had been lying across just seconds before and remembered. Then she lifted her head off of the ground and propped herself up on her elbows. Her skirts had fallen up to her knees, so she could see the long graze on her calf, where the leg that had hung down from the branch had been scraped across the rough bark.
"Ow!" she groaned, then closed her eyes and lay her head back on the ground unaware of the sunrise she could have been watching behind her.
